So great to work with an HVAC company that sends an expert instead of a sales guy. I have an older AC unit that hasn't had maintenance in years. The technician walked me through my unit and provided a lot of education on items to do myself and what to watch out for. In the end all I needed was a cleaning, but that was also much cheaper than a few other companies I called. Highly recommend!
Timely response, excellent communications and very clear options for next steps. Jim was upfront and honest about the inevitable need to replace key components of this very-old HVAC system, but was also happy to provide alternatives that could extend the usefulness of the current equipment. We will definitely have them back out for start-up of the cooling season.
We’ve used Mechanically Inclined on every single property we own, and they’ve been incredible every time. It’s hard to find someone who is genuinely honest and not just trying to upsell you on things you don’t need and Jim is exactly that person. He’s straightforward, knowledgeable, and truly looks out for his clients. We trust him completely and wouldn’t use anyone else.
