“Our AC went out on a Saturday and I was desperate and with kids aT home and called AB May. AB May was more interested on a big ticket sale than taking care of our family. I remembered I had a warranty and Old Republic and they dispatched West Heating & Cooling. They figured out that the part that was not working properly was exactly what AB May said was fine.
