“We had a new furnace and AC put in last year, we felt like the AC wasn't blowing as hard as the Heat turns out the fan speed was lower on the AC. Zachary came out took a look and explained everything and upped the fan speed and with our older home from the 40s the ducting it's not the greatest but gave us information on how to make it work better and options to improve it. Always love the service and knowledge from whomever come out. Highly recommend.“

“We had a new furnace and AC installed last summer. There were a couple different issues with the install due to the fact that our unit was brand new to the market and it was a little different than previous models. We had multiple service calls throughout the summer chasing down the culprit. Jeff and Ryan were always quick to come out and respond to the issues. I was not an easy customer to deal with, considering the issues, but they never made me feel bad about the constant calls, even when I wasn't as friendly as I should have been. It took some time but they got everything running smoothly. We had a false alarm this summer with some condensation under the home that ended up being more of a weatherproofing/air sealing issues and not the furnace at all. Jeff explained the issue and told us exactly how to fix it. I waited to leave a review because I did not want frustration to unfairly gauge my review. It's been a year and I can say that I would highly recommend this company. They are fair, honest, personable, and patient.“
