Genesis Heating & Cooling Inc. is a great company with excellent service. Kevin was extremely nice and fixed the problem right away, and everything is cooling down now. They are always on time and keeps you notified when he will be arriving. Kevin is very friendly, checked everything and tells you what he done. Kevin and Michele are amazing to work with, and they cleaned everything out. This is a great company that was able to answer questions and come out the same day to take a look at the A/C. They provided honest feedback and were very knowledgeable. Michele is great to work with and recommend her and the team to everyone. Kevin, the owner, has over 40 years of experience, and came with his daughter Ashley and told he could fix the problem. Instead of just trying to sell a new furnace, they completely took it apart, thoroughly cleaned it, leveled it, fixed the airflow, and properly tuned it. They installed a whole house humidifier when other companies said it wasn’t possible. They did this in one day, were on time, professional, respectful, and very clean.
