Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Mike feom Korte. July 4th, over 90 degrees and our AC goes out. Was quoted a reasonable response time, and Mike showed up two hours earlier. Incredibly professional and personal! I honestly didn't expect someone working on July 4th to be in that good of a mood. Mike was beyond thorough with his diagnosis and his explanations. No high pressure, never rushed just to get done. Went out of his way to talk me through options and make sure that I understood what he was doing. He genuinely loves what he does, and is very good at it! If the rest of the company is as quality as he is, then they are something!!!!...read full review
