We had a new furnace and AC installed last summer. There were a couple different issues with the install due to the fact that our unit was brand new to the market and it was a little different than previous models. We had multiple service calls throughout the summer chasing down the culprit. Jeff and Ryan were always quick to come out and respond to the issues. I was not an easy customer to deal with, considering the issues, but they never made me feel bad about the constant calls, even when I wasn't as friendly as I should have been. Furance went out during one of the coldest nights. Called USSI and was able to get a Service Technician immediately. Technician was very knowledgeable and everything was repaired right away. Awesome experience and outstanding Customer Service. Highly Recommend !!!!
Dre was very sweet & gracious with my older mother. Keep him as he’s a gem!
