USSI is an honest reliable company. Quick response and good communication. Priced right and the employees were pleasant to deal with. USSI thank you for saving Thanksgiving and right before 6 -7 days of below freezing temps! Highly recommend!

This was the check-up on the furnace/heat pump. It was excellent as always. They even changed the filters for me which I wasn't expecting but knew I needed to do. God bless them for the extra help without asking or charging!
Betty came to clean our duct work and check out our furnace and AC at our new lake place. She did a great job explaining her findings and recommended getting a service agreement for summer and winter. I wish we had USSI in Indy. It’s hard to find dependable, knowledgeable, professional trades where we live and working with Ryan and Betty has been a pleasure thus far!
