Joe is absolutely incredible - as a person and a professional. I had a gas leak and he repaired it with ease and assurance. He went above and beyond, went the extra mile, and didn't try to cut corners. He was knowledgeable, humble, and honest and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He's reliable, trustworthy, and helpful. He also has a very nice smile!

We have been with another company for almost 30 years and they told us that our system was basically "shot". Mind you our system is only 11 years old. We were looking at having to replace the a/c unit with a new one. We had G Townsend come look at it, and he said the system was definitely fixable.
