All around great experience with Todd Spade, very easy going guy and his nephew. I had them install a whole a/c system for my house and they quoted $10k less than Peterman bros to install. Had them back out to replace a motor in our furnace later and they quickly were able to get that swapped out. Honest people and great prices!
First of all I am shocked that Todd Spade doesn’t have more reviews. He does excellent quality work, stands by it, at a very reasonable price, and is an excellent man all around. He has saved us from uncomfortably, costly repairs, and everything in between over the last 13 years. He has repaired our AC and Furnace, replaced both at another house, and will continue to get our business. I would never use another HVAC company as long as he is around. He has been such a blessing for our family.
We contacted Spade Heating & Air to come out and clean/inspect our AC and furnace after purchasing a new house. Our service technician, Braedon, was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Pricing is very reasonable and this family-owned business came highly recommended to us. We will continue to use them in the future!
