“Rodger has been wonderful to work with. We have a cantankerous heat system at our house, but I know Rodger will have us up and running in no time. He’s willing to trouble shoot an issue before rushing to check the call off his to-do list. I feel like he listens to the issue and then thoroughly explains what the problem is before fixing it.
