He showed up exactly at the time he quoted, came in and looked things over and found out the wrong circuit board was to blame (for a rooftop unit not a unit we have)! They showed up on time and their quote over the phone matched exactly what I was charged outside of a new expansion tank which also needed to be replaced. They charged a fair price for the expansion tank. They sent out two technicians who complete both installations in less than 3 hours. They are one of the few locally and family owned-operated plumbing & HVAC shops left in Fort Wayne. I would recommend them to anyone!“
