Our water heater was leaking, we called (a real person answered the phone), they came out saying it may be a few days. BUT, the gentleman made call and had Jacque come out with a new water heater, removed the old one with the new one in place within a couple of hours. These guys are extremely efficient and very cordial and knowledgable, much appreciated.

I cannot be more impressed with the quality of service from Poorman’s heating and air! We called this morning for a quote on a gas line project during our reno. They came out the same day, quoted us, and resolved the issue in a matter of hours! AMAZING customer service from start to finish!!! From the initial call to the actual service was BEYOND expectations!!! We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family and be using them in the future for additional projects!
Thank you!!!
