Nearly the whole process was smooth and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and patient in explaining our options to us. We had our AC go out on a weekend, and waited until Monday to call Doc Dancer, which seemed to come highly recommended. They were very prompt and sent out a technician that day. They also send a notice every time a tech is about to arrive telling you his name with his picture, which is a nice touch for both sides. I highly recommend them.
The only suggestion I have for improvement is the layout and presentation of the new HVAC system. It was difficult to read with the grid layout, and because the text color to background contrast...read full review
