“I highly recommend using Comfort Solution Technologies for all your air quality needs. I can’t say enough about the quality of service and professionalism this company provides. I don’t usually write recommendations but I am so confident in their work that I felt everyone should know about them. The peace of mind, knowing that I can trust their work, is everything. My daughter highly recommended Vince when I mentioned needing to have a humidifier installed. She said she was sure I would be happy with his work and expertise. I did my due-diligence and called him and two other companies. After meeting with Vince, there was no doubt in my mind that I should work with him. He is so knowledgeable, technical, and professional. I learned so much about my heating system. On his visit to install the humidifier, he also fixed ducts that were not connected to the vents. Mind you, two other companies told me they could not reach one vent and that I should just close it, which would mean I’d be heating my attic. Not only did Vince connect the vent, he also re-connected one that was not done correctly. He checked the air flow to make sure that all the other vents in my home were working properly as well. While he was doing all this, he still had the patience to answer my questions about the ventilation controller attached to my furnace. He thoroughly explained its function and told me what settings I should use during the year. Other companies were not able to tell me much about the unit other than it was to let fresh air in. I’ve had Vince out to maintain my furnace and air conditioner as well, and signed up to have him come out yearly, knowing that he would do a comprehensive check on the units and keep them in good working condition. I could go on and on about why he is the best in his field but complete confidence in his work and work ethics, is in my opinion, the best reason to work with him. Throughout my 46 years of home ownership, and dealing with many different companies, I feel I have found someone I can trust. When I walk into my home I can definitely feel the difference in air quality and comfort. Even my plants are happier and healthier. At night I sleep comfortably, not only because the air quality has improved, but also because I have peace of mind, knowing who to call if I have a problem. Now, the only thing that could make this recommendation better, is if I could convince him to expand into plumbing.“

“The entire process of working w/ Maximum Heating & Air was great from start to finish. We felt like we got unbiased advice from the start that wasn’t trying to push a particular product or option and then the quote we received were all within our budget and much more affordable than another company who quoted us. We needed to replace a 16-year-old AC compressor and we really appreciated how their quote gave us four options: “Best, Better, Good and Budget” (we ended up going with the “better” option at the top/middle part of the price range). “Any Temp installed a new furnace and heat pump in my condo several months ago and did an excellent job at a fair price. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. Jhon was just out to do my seasonal heat pump/AC maintenance. He arrived on time, in the early part of his appointment window. It’s nice that they send a text when the service technician is on the way, along with a tracker to let you know when to expect his arrival. “I recently (mid June 2026) underwent major draining issues in my home. We were without the use of water, toilets or showers in our home for half of a week. After several attempts on multiple days by a national chain to clear the main drain blockage in our condo building, which was creating backups in my unit, we made the educated choice to call Good Call Plumbing! Jake and his trusted associate, Troy, were at my home within 15 minutes to assess the issue; and within two hours, they had cleared the blockage and reset my bathroom to working order with extreme precision! “Finally!! A company who cares about their customers! I have tried a few others in the tri-cities area who just wanted to sell me stuff. Doc’s was on time, polite, took the time to explain everything clearly, and did amazing work. Their price was significantly lower than some of the others I found. “I want to thank the Artlip and Sons company and it’s technicians for their professional and excellent service when replacing my failed geo-thermal heat pump unit.
Brendan, who came out initially to try and get the failed unit working. He worked hard at it but it was questionable as to it’s continued reliable service. Thank you sir.

Dan, who came out to evaluate the system and discuss options as to repairs or replacement. He spent a lot of time finding and getting a compatible replacement unit, keeping us constantly updated on the progress. Then coming out to job site to verify all issues being resolved .

Chris and Omar, they very efficiently removed the failed unit from the crawl space and prepped for the new outdoor heat pump install. Chris led up the unit install and getting the system to run properly after replacing of the indoor coil assembly.

Techs that supported the guys in the field to help resolve any issues that came up.

The job site was always professionally maintained and all communicated constantly with updates and questions from the customer. Extremely happy with the outcome and will recommend Artlip and Sons for any HVAC work.

I called them up for a specific job I needed done. Tyler came out, listened carefully, and, together, we came up with a plan out of the options he offered. Jenn, who is everything one wants in a customer service rep, was phenomenal in coordinating meeting times that fit my schedule. I appreciate that Tyler contacted me before he arrived. Once here, he was in and out in just a few hours. With not a speck of debris left behind! Others, that do similar work, saw the results and were equally impressed. Both in the quality and in how fast it was done.

“I first Used RJ Oneil a few months back after an ejector pump stopped working properly. They showed up on time and left the area nicer then i gave it to them. I now just used them again to replace a sump pump that was starting to fail. Again on time, super friendly and kept me up to date on the issue even while i was at work. Great job, will always use them.“
