Great experience. I called and Tony came out the very same day when our heat went out this week. Heck he even came out on a Sunday when most other companies who claim to have 24/7 service weren’t available. That in itself is fantastic. He came in, was able to diagnose the issue and gave us an estimate. Service was performed the very next day. Logan was very professional, thorough and just overall great. Communication has also been wonderful. I am so happy that we contacted them and I will be sure recommend them to anyone who may be a need of their service.
We saw the Franzen technician do the unnatural for a service guy. We had called Franzen informing about a dead furnace and needing a new replacement. The technician on arriving, did his investigation and gave us two options - replace the blower motor and probably the gasket too or go for a new one. The price difference for the motor replacement was a fraction of a new one. We ended up replacing the blower motor and he was able to use the same gasket too. Franzen has set the bar high in customer service because they put themselves in the customer's shoes and speak. Thanks, Tony and team.
During the recent arctic cold blast of 13 below, I could not get my Trane furnace to get the inside temperature of our home warmer than 66 degrees. It was running nonstop for almost 2 days. I called Tony Franzen at the office and asked him if there was any way to get the furnace to produce more heat, and he said he will get a technician out same day to look at it. Jason came out and made some adjustments and now my home is at 70 degrees or more with the furnace shutting off and on like it should. Franzen Heating are true pros and Trane furnaces are outstanding. Bob I.
