Hugo inspected, cleaned and serviced my furnace. And, he installed a new motor. This young man knows his trade. I have used only the McDuffee company since the early 80s. My experience with every technicians has been second-to- none. They all do know their trade very well. I like the techs attitudes. They are approachable and explain in detail the problem. I highly recommend their service.
Hugo was very experienced and knowledgeable. This was a second opinion and he saved me thousands of dollars!!! McDuffee installed both air and heat when I lived in Sugar Grove and at my current house. Not sure why I went with another carrier for my maintenance, but I'm back with McDuffee to stay! Can't say enough positives about my tech Hugo. Really nice guy, and I trust him.
The technician was on time and professional. He answered all of our questions throughly and had good knowledge of HVAC systems. Friendly young man. I would recommend this company.Service: Heating system maintenance
