Finally!! A company who cares about their customers! I have tried a few others in the tri-cities area who just wanted to sell me stuff. Doc’s was on time, polite, took the time to explain everything clearly, and did amazing work. Their price was significantly lower than some of the others I found. I will use them for everything going forward. Mike (the owner) is incredibly helpful and kind!

I found these guys online when dealing with a recent AC issue and a persistent zoning problem, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
They were incredibly responsive, scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and even came back the following day to check in and make sure everything was working properly. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the AC issue, but they also provided several zoning solutions at different price points and scopes so we could choose what made the most sense for our home and budget.

Docs heating and air is a great local and honest business. I’ve used them in the past for small repairs and knew immediately that I’ll be using them for replacement. Jasper did a great job on the install and Mike was amazing to work with as well. Easy 5 stars for these guys!!
