“Response time was about an hour. My technician was very thorough at determining the problem with my furnace and listened to the problem I was having. He was very well trained. It is such a worry when your furnace isn't working properly but everything was checked out and I feel safe that it is now in good shape for the winter. What a relief. “Our shower handle was leaking. We had two separate plumbers tell us they needed to cut out the wall to fix the handle. JC was our service person from Anderson and he said he could fix the handle without cutting the wall open. He fixed it quickly and saved us SO much money! He was very professional and explained everything the entire time. Such a great guy! They were immediate in responding to our call for service.
