“I called Riverside for a second opinion about our malfunctioning furnace and I'm glad I did. What was first diagnosed as a cracked heat exchanger ($$$) turned out to be an airflow issue caused by an old mouse nest in the exhaust. A quick blast with the shop vac and our problem was solved!
