“5 stars are NOT enough for All Pro Air Duct Cleaning +. Their company is truly set apart. They move in EXCELLENCE! Every person I encountered from the representative who took my call to each person who came to provide a service.
Initially I called to have my duct and dryer vent cleaned. I was awed by the superior level of customer service. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. They gave very reasonable prices and did high quality work!
A week or so later, my AC went out (it had been hanging on for the past few years. The last company I called to inquire about repair quoted me a ridiculous price. So, after my experience with All Pr for the duct cleaning, I reached back out to them for the AC unit.)
Again, the customer service is UNMATCHED. Not only did they quote a very fair and reasonable price, they did very high quality-EXCELLENT work!!!!
The gentleman, Ivan, who came out the second time to set up the AC unit mentioned that He and his wife own the company. From my interactions with them, I see why their business is so amazing. They set the bar for EXCELLENT customer service and communication. Their whole team reflects GREATNESS. This company is a breath of fresh air! They provide very reasonable prices for OUTSTANDING work. They offer a warranty for their work. They are very respectful of the client's home, cleaning as they go. In this day in age, unfortunately excellent customer service at fair prices for high quality work is rare. ALL PRO is an exemplary company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL PRO DUCT CLEANING. I will continue to call them for every service they offer when I need repairs or maintenance on my ducts, HVAC systems.
