Called for some rattling in my outside A/C unit. I put an online request in. She called me and had someone out within a few hours. Extremely nice, professional, explained everything in layman's terms. A/C seems to be working fine now. I really appreciate the response time.Adding to my original review. Brian and Sons called me about scheduling my maintenance, which I appreciated because I forget these things and it was part of my maintenance plan. I was able to schedule at a convenient time. Quality service,did a great job cleaning the furnace. Arrived on time, took the time to explain everything they were doing when cleaning was preformed. Would highly recommend. Will continue to use the company for all heating and cooling needs.
Every single time I have had a technician come to the house, they are extremely professional and answer all our questions. They never try to sell us anything we don’t want or need. Because of that I upgraded to the platinum plan. Recommend them to everyone
