“Eric, the Bed Bug Slayer!!! Clear and timely response to initial call. Easy to set up ASAP appointment (aren't all bed bug exterminator appts ASAP?) and flexible re: home owners' schedule. Initial service visit was within 1.5 days of call and lasted a couple hours. Eric was very knowledgable and open to questions. The pesticide used does not have a chemical/pesticidy smell, but rather a quiet lavender'ish scent. Actually quite pleasant. The 2 week follow-up revealed no signs of the little invaders and was just as painless as the initial visit. All in all, I highly recommend Eco Pest Solutions in the Chicagoland area. I hope to never need them again, but if needed, they have a prominent place in my "Favorites" phone list.Many thanks!“

This company is amazing!From my initial phone conversation with SAMANTHA to schedule my appointment and then the technician PAUL who came to my home, I can't say enough good things.I actually felt like they cared about my problem.The customer service goes above and beyond.Paul notified me that he was on his way to my home and arrived shortly thereafter. He was polite, pleasant, very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. “Vlad is hands down the best in the city for BedBug removal. My 3 story apartment building had an infestation. He was able to get me in fast and in two sessions, all bed begs are gone from all 3 apartments! The treatments are proven effective and safe for animals as well. Easy clean up too. Not only is his service extremely effective but he is a true professional who is promptly ontime, friendly and willing to answer my many questions. Even when I would email him worried at 11pm. I hope to never have to deal with bedbugs again but if I do Vlad will be the one I call.“

“We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. “I've resisted the solicitations of the big lawn weed-control/fertilizer companies for years. Finally, I threw my hands up--the noxious intruders took over in our wooded area. A friend suggested that I call Steve at Logic for an appraisal. They use all organic treatments and the price is reasonable. They are a small local company committed not to outgrow their capabilities. I noticed an improvement before the second treatment (of 6 for the season). Everyone who visits raves about the lawn. I try to water it once in a while, a source of guilt given the water shortages in the country, but we have Lake Michigan, which connects to Huron to boot! I've since recommended several friends to Logic.“

After a terrible experience with another company, we were so happy to meet Easy Way. They are prompt and very easy to work with. We have had Easy Way routinely come out for preventive spraying and will definitely continue as long as we live here. “So Cycor was needed once more, for cockroaches that won't go away, as this is an old building and there were some dirty tenants living next to me. Art came out the first time and was so nice and considerate. This last time, George came with two other very kind guys who listened to my concerns and treated the areas that were most problematic. They were VERY careful around my ferret's cage and even pet her before they began the treatment. A+ to them for their courteous approach and extreme professionalism.“
