Greener Living Lawn Care Service

Greener Living Lawn Care Service is a well-known company recognized for its reliable and professional service. Customers often mention their responsiveness, punctuality, and reasonable prices. The company's technicians are described as friendly and thorough, quickly addressing any concerns. Many customers have seen a noticeable improvement in their lawns and are happy to recommend Greener Living.

However, some customers have experienced issues with the technicians being sloppy and causing damage to lampposts, mailboxes, and brick pavers, despite specific instructions to be careful. This problem has been reported multiple times to management, but it remains unresolved because different technicians are often sent. Additionally, there have been concerns about the company trying to upsell services, which some customers find persistent and unwelcome.

While customers are generally satisfied with the results, especially after services like core aeration, some feel pressured into purchasing extra treatments like lime and core aeration, even if they question the need. Nonetheless, many appreciate the overall lawn improvements and the friendly, helpful staff.
