“I had mice for the first time in 12 yes of residence after bldg construction repair. The first company hired was a joke!Then the board hired Anderson. (Admittedly, the first guy,Marquise was nice, but said things that made no sense.) But the 2nd guy PHIL has been here a few times and he's amazing!He's courteous, thorough, attentive and most importantly caught MICE! I felt secure knowing the situation would soon be resolved. (He will come back to retriecmve a dead mouse so I don't have to go near it. )I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND!“

“Eric, the Bed Bug Slayer!!! Clear and timely response to initial call. Easy to set up ASAP appointment (aren't all bed bug exterminator appts ASAP?) and flexible re: home owners' schedule. Initial service visit was within 1.5 days of call and lasted a couple hours. Eric was very knowledgable and open to questions. The pesticide used does not have a chemical/pesticidy smell, but rather a quiet lavender'ish scent. Actually quite pleasant. The 2 week follow-up revealed no signs of the little invaders and was just as painless as the initial visit. All in all, I highly recommend Eco Pest Solutions in the Chicagoland area. I hope to never need them again, but if needed, they have a prominent place in my "Favorites" phone list.Many thanks!“

This company is amazing!From my initial phone conversation with SAMANTHA to schedule my appointment and then the technician PAUL who came to my home, I can't say enough good things.I actually felt like they cared about my problem.The customer service goes above and beyond.Paul notified me that he was on his way to my home and arrived shortly thereafter. He was polite, pleasant, very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. “Vlad is hands down the best in the city for BedBug removal. My 3 story apartment building had an infestation. He was able to get me in fast and in two sessions, all bed begs are gone from all 3 apartments! The treatments are proven effective and safe for animals as well. Easy clean up too. Not only is his service extremely effective but he is a true professional who is promptly ontime, friendly and willing to answer my many questions. Even when I would email him worried at 11pm. I hope to never have to deal with bedbugs again but if I do Vlad will be the one I call.“

“We live in a beautiful old house built in 1910, and some cracks had opened up which lead to a tricky mouse problem in our home. We had two other companies out here who did basically nothing except leaving some ineffectual traps but Sergio from Anti-Pest came in and saved the day. He was prompt, friendly, professional, humane, and most importantly, strategic in his handling of the problem. So well that I often forget to wear big spray when walking the dog or be outside at other places and I’m the one that always gets bit up. “I am finally able to sit outside without fear of an allergic reaction to mosquito bites! My neighbor has a pool, which is just one big mosquito magnet, which doesn’t help my situation. The staff is always accommodating, friendly, courteous and compassionate. I have used larger companies, which are less money, but I prefer to support a local family business. “I called Bed Bug Solutions and a few other companies. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. If I had decided to hire a dog inspection, I would have chosen Linda first, both because of price and because of the quality of her communication.
