The technician is always on time and always does a good job. He is very polite and reminds me that if I have a problem to call and let him know . I have been very happy with ORKIN.

We had a mouse infestation in the attic and basement of our house. Steve, the project manager, explained what would be done to take care of the problem and kept us informed while the work was being done. The project took four full days and the workers paid careful attention to detail so that we would not have another problem with it. I highly recommend Orkin.

This place did an incredible job with my bug problem. The person I initially spoke with over the phone at night identified the type of bug I had in my apartment via photo right away. She was an actual entomologist. She was able to schedule someone to come out for an in-person inspection for the next morning. Steve Blackburn, the inspector, arrived and immediately confirmed what the entomologist had said on the phone. He couldn't have been kinder about helping me set up service, giving me info, and getting me the best price he could. He was available via text when I had questions later.
