Living close to railroad tracks can attract rodents, which we didn't know. Action comes every 3 months for checks, and if we see something, we call and come out free of charge with the plan I selected. “I called Bed Bug Solutions and a few other companies. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated. I really like how Linda talked to me and I want to express my appreciation for you, Linda, by writing this review here. I inspected my sheets, mattress and bedframe thoroughly for evidence of bedbugs and didn't see any bugs or spots. I concluded I don't have bedbugs, which I'm relieved about. If I had decided to hire a dog inspection, I would have chosen Linda first, both because of price and because of the quality of her communication.
