Agnes is the best. I think Lizzie needs to find a new career. She's a good instructor but not patient with clients. I go here to decompress not get more stressed.“

17W705 Butterfield Rd Suite D, Oakbrook Terrace“Dr. Cynthia was really attentive in hearing me explain my issues and helped create a specific treatment plan that showed results. It was my first time doing acupuncture, so she was really great at explaining the practice and how it would help my specific health concerns. With any new treatment requires some patience, but I definitely felt improvement after consistent acupuncture sessions. If you suffer from frequent migraines, I recommend seeing Dr. Cynthia.“

4700 S Gilbert Ave #16, Western Springs“This is a yoga studio that offers several different types of heated yoga. Some go from warm to very hot. The staff here is really phenomenal, really supportive and just nice people. I think that my form has gotten much better since coming to the studio. They do a 60 Minute version of Bikram Yoga, restorative yoga, but my favorite is the high intensity heated yoga phenomenal workout and gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I also have to say their schedule is awesome. There's always a class when I want one at convenient times. Update 5/29/26 - all still true!! ❤“
“This is the real deal: Yoga accessible and authentic. If you want to try Yoga, or continue your Yoga practice, then search no more because Sun and Moon Yoga is a vibe.“

2746 Central St, Evanston“I like the stretching and the slow pace movement part. I’m very Catholic and keep my faith, I do it for the benefit of stretching/ slow movement exercise but not the gesture and chants…instead I make a sign of the cross after class. And it’s all good for me, hope it doesn’t bother anyone.“
6AM - 9PM
2827 W Belden Ave, Chicago“Maile is a wonderful student and practitioner of Yoga and Meditation. She creates centered and calming experiences for her clients, students, and community that support healing and finding connection.
She has dedicated decades to deepening her own understanding, and through that, has transformed through her personal practice and has a highly developed skillset as a teacher. This is what I look for in a teacher -- someone who has invested time and energy in improving and maintaining their own health and wellbeing.
Maile is ready to support you where you're at. She is easy to get to know, passionate in all of her relationships. She is trustworthy, kind, and consistent in her approach. I highly recommend her services of Yoga Therapy, Somatic Yoga (SomaYoga), and Yoga Teaching.“

From the moment the session began, it was clear that he brings both exceptional practical skill and profound spiritual insight to his work. The massage was deeply therapeutic and tailored with intention to my specific needs.
Tony is the ultimate professional. His presence is grounding, his technique is masterful, and his ability to blend holistic healing with spiritual depth creates an experience that feels transformative rather than transactional. I left feeling renewed, balanced, and genuinely cared for.

2144 Ashland Ave #1, Evanston“I have taken classes before on how to tap into intuitive gifts and connect with nature and Mother Earth, but Billie is a rare teacher who weaves it all together in a way that feels whole and alive. It is such a blessing to find someone so willing to share Native teachings on harmony, balance, interconnectedness, and listening to the natural world as a way to embrace and understand our gifts. I also had a private session with her, and she truly helps to get things moving. Billie speaks truths in simple, grateful, joy‑filled ways that stay with you long after the class or session ends. And for the record, her Think Like a Psychic class was phenomenal. I am eager to take more of her classes and continue learning from her.“

“I recently booked a massage with Clare and it was one of the best experiences I've had. She was intuitive with my needs and checked in throughout the process (this particular massage required some deep pressure work) to make sure we were making progress. She was able to remedy issues I've had for months with one single session. I can't wait to make it back for my next (of many) sessions!“
