Had a warranty repair done today. Travis P. was the technician. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up a working in short matter of time. He was friendly and professional, thank you for the great service
My son’s hot water heater is 2 1/2 months old and went out. I contacted Rheems about the warranty and they said it was covered and they scheduled U.S. Water Heating Solutions to make repairs as necessary. The company contacted us promptly and scheduled an appointment. The service man (Lucas) showed up in the time frame that was set up even after all the highways and roads were in horrible shape with lots of accidents from snow from the previous evening. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour (replaced thermostats). He was very professional and explained what the issue was. I would highly recommend Lucas and this company!!!
