After 3 years of usage my Gaggia Velasca started to malfunction. I used MATI Coffee to fix my machine. Service was very good, quick and well priced. Very nice staff. However, after about 8 months of usage the same issue happened again. I only give MATI coffee 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. It is frustrating that it didn't last longer. I did get the machine serviced again and will see how long it will last this time. The company did offer a small discount, but I wish the warranty as a bit longer or I received a bigger discount.

I have my semi-automatic coffee machine fixed there when I need service. The repair people know what they're doing and find all of the problems (even the ones I forgot to tell them about) and fix them without it costing an arm and a leg. They have parts in stock and I am able to pick up my coffee machine about a week later. This is a family-run business. You feel like they care about you. They definitely understand that people don't want to be without their coffee machine. They help you carry your repair back to the car. They are very friendly and warm.

I just had my DeLonghi espresso maker serviced for the first time since I purchased it over 13 years ago. I was nervous and not sure where I would even take it for repair. Mati Coffee was easy to find online. From the initial phone call I made to Mati Coffee until I picked up my repaired machine, there was nothing but customer service excellence every step of the way. The process was explained to me very clearly, how and when to drop off, how long it would take and so on. The staff exhibited exceptional expertise and provided prompt friendly service.
