I recently visited Carmen for my first-ever Brazilian blowout, and it was such a great experience! I was a bit nervous since I've never done anything to my hair before, but Carmen made me feel super comfortable. She's so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything in detail. It felt like chatting with a friend because she's genuinely friendly and nice.
Originally, I only planned to get the Brazilian blowout, but we ended up doing a haircut too. I was worried about cutting off too much, but Carmen really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She did just the right amount—nothing too drastic, and I love the result!
Carmen offers a bunch of services, from haircuts and Brazilian blowouts to Japanese hair straightening, eyelash lifts, balayage, and highlights. She's inside My Salon Suites, and her space is super clean and cozy. She uses great products and knows what she's doing, all at a reasonable price.

From a friend's recommendation, I booked the whole family their own massage session. We each had a hot stone massage and it did not disappoint. We're very happy for the service provided and felt very relax after. We plan to come more frequently.

I had called them the previous day and told them I suspected my thermostat was bad.I had given them my reasoning and they agreed. I was able to give them the model # of the thermostat so that they could bring a proper replacement.Upon arrival an inspection was made and they agreed it was toast.After replacing the bad part my a/c was running again.I asked them to check my a/c unit condition. They reported a couple of parts were becoming borderline.I should mention the unit is 12 years old.I was told it was not necessary to replace the parts just yet.This shows their honesty that they didn't push to sell me parts.I had used this company before and I was impressed by their skill and honesty .Also, I should mention their prices are very reasonable.

Leslie and Katrina are great, both have done my purple balayage. The owners and all the other staff are so kind. They are like family they like to share the customers and they help each other. Another big thing i like is that their entrance is locked and they have to let you in!! I love that, it's a nice safety precautions.

Simon is a man’s man. He does a great job. Cuts my hair and trims my beard perfectly. I go in looking homeless and when he’s done I look like a million bucks. Yeah he’s got an edge to him but if ur nice to him he’s very nice to you. Personally I like him very much. Go check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

I see Lily and Kim—both are true perfectionists who take their time and deliver a clean, precise finish every time. My nails consistently last 3+ weeks, which is amazing considering I’m a full-time hairstylist.
I also really appreciate the thoughtful details, like the pedicure tubs with foot stands—they make the whole experience more comfortable and relaxing. It’s the little things that make a big difference!
Went here today for a mani & pedi. The place is clean and has a relaxing vibe. Lee is an excellent nail technician, highly recommend her. She made sure that my nails and toes are to my satisfaction as I like mine short and am particular with the color. Now I have pretty nails and toes.

I was not sure what I was looking for, and Jessica was very patient in helping me decide on the Eyelash look that would be best for me. I was going to a wedding in a few days and this would be the first time that I wore them. The lashes turned out beautiful! I have received so many compliments from the wedding as well as from my Colleagues and friends. Jessica has so much expertise and experience with eyelashes and knows exactly what she is doing. Her hands are magic—my skin was glowing and bright when I walked out of there! The whole experience was great, I did not want to crawl out from the warm, comfy blanket. Great place to be relaxed with family or friends. Exploring different types of special rooms is so much fun. Browsing lots of korean cultural collections is big bonus. I am giving 4 stars because the food court in there is not serving the authentic Korean food

Good, honest technicians came by the same day when I was getting an error code on my tankless water heater. They were fair and professional. I ended up solving it before he got here, but I still got to interact with Francisco. He took a look and said it was good; I did everything correctly, and he was on his way. The way he handled himself and the fact that he still took a peek to make sure it was correct is awesome. You don't get customer service like that nowadays anymore. Had a chandelier short in dinning room and I didn’t see a breaker pop so I called a few places for an emergency service and no one was able to come in a speedy manner but these guys and A plus came really fast within an hr and fixed our problem and they were very knowledgeable and professional I will be using them again

Highly professional installation of my Pells Windows. The tradesmen were efficient and very neat, even to the point of erecting a barrier in the kitchen where they to replace one window. I had another Certified Pella Contractor do some previous windows and we were not happy. LaPelusa is the real deal.

She uses a blend of techniques that make for not only a unique massage, but also very effective at relieving chronic tension as well as new aches and pains. I came in with severe pain in my lower arm and knee after a fall, and the therapist knew exactly what to do. She found the blocked areas right away and used a perfect combination of pressure and essential oils to relieve the tension. My pain level dropped dramatically after just one session. The space is clean, calming, and very professional. Highly recommended
