The company's team is known for exceeding expectations, completing projects on time and within budget, and maintaining a clean and organized work site. Customers praise the team's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. CHJ Painting & Remodeling has a proven track record of delivering excellent results, whether it's a small painting project or a large-scale renovation, such as a basement remodel. They are highly recommended for their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. This includes work on a small condo building with new concrete parking area, exterior siding repair and re-staining, exterior brick replacement, and tree removal. CHJ also completed a total do over of a 60 year old garage, repairing, patching and sanding walls, ceiling and doors, change out of all electrical outlets, light switches and new LED ceiling lights, and a complete fixing of an old pock marked and chipping floor with new colored epoxy. A River North, Chicago loft was totally transformed, offering luxury, high quality craftsmanship, interior design service and good response time when the job will be complete.
CHJ was great to work with. They were quick, efficient, and did a really good job on our kitchen. They changed out our countertops, painted cabinets, changed the hardware, did some plumbing and did some carpentry all at a fair price. The crew who worked at our house were respectful and kind. Overall a great experience.
We had Chris and his time replace some old, decaying deck boards with composite decking. He was easy to work with. Good follow-up and communication. Fair and fast estimate. Accomodating when it came to schedule. Work was completed as promised. Would recommend giving Chris and his team the opportunity to quote on your projects.
Chris literally transformed our house in Lakeview! It previously had striped walls and glittery tiles everywhere and within a few weeks they remodeled, painted, and wallpapered the entire house. Chris is extremely communicative, timely, and honest. His staff, particularly Joe, are a pleasure to be around (our son still asks about when Joe is going to come back!). I call Chris frequently for advice on new projects, as I know he will give a very fair/honest opinion. We will definitely be hiring them again! We've referred to several family members given how great he is!
