The whole staff is great. But Stephanie, she is awesome. If you want a real massage and can handle a little pain, she is great. I already booked her one Wednesday a month for the whole year.
About Massage Envy
Massage Envy provides massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that support total body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Customers value the professionalism and care of their therapists, such as Valerie and Jessica, who are praised for their attentiveness, kindness, and pleasant demeanor. Rania, a massage therapist at the Niles location, is particularly popular for her firm massages and consistent quality. The friendly reception staff also contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some customers have noted that their sessions sometimes start late and do not last the full 60 minutes, which can be disappointing. Overall, Massage Envy helps clients maintain their well-being through high-quality services and dedicated staff.

Valerie is amazing, sweet & super nice. She’s great at what she does and listens to where you want her to focus on. I’m very happy with her service and always make sure to book my appointments with her.
