I've gotten Japanese hair straightening done several times, in and outside Illinois, and Carmen has been the best by far. Her and her son were very kind and accommodating. She explained every step of the process and took her time to get it right, even with the haircut portion. Her prices are also the lowest I've found for the amount of effort put in!
I was nervous to get my hair straightened again after a different salon left it damaged, but Carmen worked her magic and helped address the damaged hair as well.
