I love the facility and training with Coach Steph. I had taken a significant break from physical activity. She allows me to be myself, authentically. She’s knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She works with me and accommodates my limitations. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I always feel supported and encouraged.
I have also gotten the opportunity to train with Coach Rob. Rob is supremely knowledgeable and caters to your specific physical level. The workouts feel challenging and fulfilling, but never overwhelming, and he has a way of pushing you just far enough to make real progress. Training with him builds confidence as much as strength.

I was in the area from MN on a Sunday when I lost the screw that holds the arm of my glasses on and had a 13 hour drive home. This was the only eyeglass place that was open, and they were able to fix my glasses. The staff that helped me was very sweet, and I'm so glad I was able to have my glasses fixed before I had to travel back home
I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his crew. For starters I really appreciated the human touch of answering the phone when I was panicking about mold. They were professional, responsive, and communicated well. The work was done in a timely, safe, and thorough manner and they answered all of my questions and concerns about mold and water damage remediation. They also referred us to a great local company for our foundation repairs and another great company for the drywall replacement and painting.
I can't say enough about this place. It's family run and owned, they are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the business and products. It's very clean, plenty of parking and the beds are state of the art! I have never had to wait.
If you're looking for amazing service, excellent tanning experience and affordable I highly recommend this place!

Maria has been doing my hair for years. She is the best hair dresser that I’ve ever had.
$27 is the best price I’ve found around Norridge/Harwood Heights/Schiller Park for a men’s haircut that isn’t the stylist only asking “what number”. Carol was fantastic; She listened and asked questions on how I wanted my hair cut, what number blade guard I wanted for length, and how short I wanted my hair scissor trimmed. It also included a shampoo, conditioning, and blow dry afterwards. I’ll definitely be back for another haircut.
I have been going to Maria at Ivana Di Piero Hair Studio for almost 2 decades. That loyalty alone should tell you how amazing this salon (and Maria) is. Maria stays on top of the latest trends and hair techniques and I always walk away feeling fabulous. My last visit saw me chop my waist length hair to a bob and I AM OBSESSED. I truly feel like a brand new person! The compliments - now more than 2 weeks after my cut - are still rolling in. There’s no one else I trust to cut my hair other than Maria. Got both my daughters a shampoo, hair cut,and blow dry. Very nice staff and salon. Very reasonable pricing. Was busy, but the staff was able to get to everyone in a timely manner. My girls enjoyed the experience and want to go back there when the time come to freshen up their cuts.
