I love the facility and training with Coach Steph. I had taken a significant break from physical activity. She allows me to be myself, authentically. She’s knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She works with me and accommodates my limitations. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I always feel supported and encouraged.
I have also gotten the opportunity to train with Coach Rob. Rob is supremely knowledgeable and caters to your specific physical level. The workouts feel challenging and fulfilling, but never overwhelming, and he has a way of pushing you just far enough to make real progress. Training with him builds confidence as much as strength.

Cleaning with us is superlative. The women are warm, friendly, supportive, and incredibly industrious. They work together as a team and you feel almost as though you had welcomed friends into your home. They come with all their equipment and cleaning supplies and are so efficient and thorough, they cleaned my 2500 square feet apartment in less then three hours. Most important, they are so trustworthy that when come I leave them confidently to their work. A dream service!

This service was extremely convenient for me as someone who is chronically ill. I worked with Trish and Alice for a few weeks, and they gave me a lot of peace of mind apart from nursing. I was able to call/text my nurses and ask for recommendations on what to do if something came up, and I was always replied to with love and proper support.
