“I have been taking my dogs to MAH for over 20 years. They are great. Our rescue pup has needed 2 dentals and has had to have teeth removed and they have done a good job. They provide pain meds, antibiotics and anything else that is needed to help him heal. He does not seem traumatized when he comes home, and he heals quickly. They always call to check on him and making check up appointments is super easy. Always happy with my visits.“

“It’s not easy to find an exotic vet, let alone one that is close to where you live. Dr. Weber and the staff were so wonderful and compassionate. We brought our baby slider, Cinnamon, and they really took the time to make sure she was fully evaluated and cared for. Dr. Weber provided so many helpful resources and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Everyone made sure we had all the tools and resources to help get our little Cinnamon recover. We feel so relieved to know that we have found such a wonderful practice to entrust our reptile babies at!“

“Love these guys. I’ve been a customer of the Grayslake Animal Hospital for 16 years. All three of my cats got care from Dr. Kevin Marion. He’s such a wonderful vet and a very nice person. He was always upfront with me about illnesses and treatment plans. They even worked with me financially if the expense was over my budget. There’s an after hours on call Vet that I’ve had to call sometimes. They were wonderful in fitting me in for mild emergencies the next day. I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this place.“

“Dr. Levine is a dream come true and every single one of the staff here is an absolute angel. I absolutely cried when I moved when I realized I would have to give up this office. I have two sphynx brothers who love going here and would happily visit every day if not for the fact that they hate car rides. Don't let the minor prepayment for your new patient appointment scare you off. I like the fact that the office does everything in their power to ensure that appointments are kept so that they don't have to rush when you are scheduled like human doctors do! Beyond that, their fees are very reasonable and they never shamed me for needing a price estimate up front because of my financial situation. As for their treatment of my boys, you would have thought they were royalty! They treated my two little princes so gently and were so doting that they had a great time every single time we went. Even when my tiny heathens were behaving like scoundrels (walking across laptops, demanding treats, being little piggies when they *were* giving treats, etc), Dr. Levine and her team were incredibly patient. I could also text with questions and pictures! In fact, I'll probably keep the latter up after I move ;) Take your pet(s) here. Especially your cats. I've used "cats only" vets and even those can't compare to Dr. Levine. I can't say enough good things about the whole place.“

“I live in the city of Chicago and when the Ophthalmologist left MedVet we had to figure something out. My dog has a lifetime condition and I had to act fast. I called Eye Care and they connected me to the Wheeling office and I haven't looked back. It feels like Dr. Wasserman and the WHOLE team there really care about me and my pet. I call or email frantic messages and they always respond in a calm way. When a pet mom is nervous and out of options the team here really help and not match my emotions. “Deer Grove Animal Hospital is one of a kind! We’ve been visiting Dr. Flahaven and his team for 5+ years and we always look forward to our appointments.

When my childhood dog was declining in her old age, they were so accommodating for emergency visits and I will always appreciate how thorough, honest, and empathetic Dr. Flahaven was during that time.

Since then, the team has been so excited to meet and love on all of our new additions! The front desk and vet techs are some of the sweetest people ever. They treat all of my pets like they are their own. I have a pretty nervous rescue pup. He’s 3 years old now and he’s never shown any signs of stress at Deer Grove. I think he really does look forward to it!

Lastly, I just wanted to share some of the adorable things I overheard the vet techs saying to my new kitten while they were literally cleaning gross ear mites out of her ears because it made my day how sweet they were being to her.

“Dr. Gill and his wife are absolutely wonderful! I’m a preschool teacher in Lake Zurich, and they generously took time to visit our classroom during our “Community Helpers” theme. Dr. Gill talked with the children about his profession, brought in different doctor tools for them to explore, and even surprised us with three adorable kittens. “They take exotics! Major thank you to Dr Hamilton for taking in my sick parakeet Snow, and the technician that took care of him as well. After being rejected by 7 other clinics, I stumbled across this location as a last hope before having to go to Urgent Care or ER for something I knew didn’t need that. Thanks to their expertise, my little man is on antibiotics, and they’re offering antifungals if needed, and I couldn’t appreciate them any more. A pro as well is that they’re nearby!
