Update: this company has just saved a 40 year old family heirloom priceless rug. A dog created a very nasty stain that I was unable to remove, but Assured Services removed it to the point of invisibility.
I have gone to this company 3x now for cleaning my rugs over the years and I am very happy with the results. I have some very old, handmade, wool, Persian rugs with a lot of dog traffic. They not only perfectly clean the rugs, their preventative methods help keep my rugs stain free.

What a pleasure to receive quality, conscientious service. Ron installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and shutoff valves, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He removed our old double sink and installed a new deep single-basin sink, which required completely realigning and reconnecting the plumbing, dishwasher, and garbage disposal underneath. Everything was done professionally, carefully, and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Moved into a rental where the previous tenants apparently never cleaned the oven or the inside of the cabinets. It was pretty bleak. Called MaidIt for a one-time move-in clean and they blocked out most of the day for it. When I came back the kitchen looked like a different room. Cabinets were wiped inside and out, oven glass you could actually see through, and the grout in the entry tile went from gray back to whatever color it was supposed to be.

We had a very large pool project and Buhrman Design Group did an extraordinary job. Marion, the designer was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Felt like he was family by the end of the project. Rod, then took all the ideas and his crew put the plan into action and it was spectacular. The plants they chose were great, the walls they built look fantastic, they laid sod and seed, and even fixed the construction road and rebuilt a few existing rock walls. This company is very knowledgable and our project turned out beautiful. I am excited to see it all bloom in the spring. Thank You for everything. Job Well Done!

I booked the Ultimate Relaxation Scalp and Spa treatment through Groupon. I did not know Paige before this, but I'm so good glad I did. My hair feels great, my curls never looked better, and I'm super relaxed. I'll see Paige again, despite the distance from me. Worth it!
I booked a detox, trim, and silk press at Salon Silk. Ranee was friendly, and made me feel welcome in her salon and offered drinks/snacks(as it was my first time booking a service with Salon Silk). Communication was seamless- from the appointment reminders to directions directly to Ranee’s salon. Ranee was also transparent about the health of my hair and offered tips as to how to keep my hair healthy. Additionally, Ranee fixed my bangs which I didn’t feel the most confident in before seeing her. My silk press has movement and I’ve gotten so many compliments already(my Mom thought I was wearing a wig lol). Overall, Ranee made me feel beautiful and confident with my hair.

I generally love Great Clips. Good cut for a reasonable price. However, I do like to use particular stylists. They do a good job. I used to be able to call and see the stylists I like were in. Now they don't answer their phone at all. Yuk!
I realized the other day my kid has been coming here for his haircuts for almost 3 years now! This is the only place he likes to go for his haircut. They are very friendly and professional and only person my son likes cutting his hair is Jeo. Jeo is very professional and always does a great job on my sons hair and cuts hair super quick. We've been in and out within 15 mins usually. It honestly sadness me seeing there have been bad reviews towards him because of not a mistake on Jeo's behalf but themselves. I had booked an appointment and then something unexpectedly came up and we couldn't make it and had to cancel 30 mins prior to it, I texted the number he uses to contact clients and let him know and he was very understanding and polite, to where there was one time after he had to reschedule an appointment with us where we worked out a different time that same day and just because of that he insisted on a complementary haircut for my kid for having to reschedule. You can really tell he loves doing what he does best and providing with the best haircuts. Prior to before coming here I read reviews that people even travel far just to get their haircut here which that already pulled us towards this place. You can tell Jeo cares about his clients from taking time of his day to text prior to the appointment to him keeping the place professional, clean and tidy. This picture was my sons first haircut here, it was a walk-in and it may not be Jeo which I have to update a picture but I just wanted to update my review to this place. Everyone here is always so friendly and professional. My son is comfortable coming here and ready to where the minute he sits on that chair hes already talking about his week lol. I’ve been seeing Yesi for a few years now doing structured manicures. I recently hit the tip of my thumb on my dryer causing the tip of my natural nail to break and the gel on top to lift. I messaged Yesi to let her know what happened and she provided me with instruction on how to treat the nail until my next appointment as I felt it could wait 2 weeks. To absolutely no fault of the manicure, the gel lifted a bit more due to everyday use and got caught on a towel and ripped. The fact that my natural nail is completely in tact and strong speaks wonders about how Yesi and the other ladies truly care about the health and integrity of your nails. Yesi responded to my message as soon as she saw it and set up a day to get the nail fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone here, if you’re looking for a high quality team that cares about the integrity of your nails, these are your girls.

Lucy completely transformed my hair! She gives incredible advice and really listens to and works with her clients to get an outcome all parties are happy with. She was even able to give me a calico look without using bleach, even though I have medium brown hair. Absolutely the best!
The hairdresser has 35 years' worth of experience and did an excellent job at cutting my hair. Before getting a haircut, they give your hair a wash, then go to cutting. While getting a haircut, the hairstylist would give helpful tips on maintaining hair/applying shampoo. Very nice and would go again.

Coming to the salon it has a cute vintage style going on. Everyone is very approachable, everyone greets you. And they know who came in first whether by appointment or walk in. They let you know how long is a wait, if it's busy or after they're done with a client. They keep you in the loop.
The hair stylist that took care of us is Eva. She's a gem! My hair is very long and was damaged on the ends, but even then when she cut my hair, she did it as if it was delicate. And I appreciate that. (Honestly , I would have chopped it off. Mulan style. Lol.) after the cut my hair felt so fresh, I love it!! When coming for a cut definitely come right in! If it's for color, definitely schedule an appointment for it. Prices are affordable and they do both hair cut for men and women. Even children, just bring the whole family! You won't be disappointed.

I had a new air-conditioning unit installed by another company it was disastrous! Kwik Serv came in. They diagnosed all the problems and they came back and fixed it. They were professional. They were courteous. They were on time they did what they said they would do and they stayed right in the budget that they gave me. I would recommend them and use them again.

The first time we used Rob was a cold call when my girl friend put her house up for sale, a house inspector said some the circuit breakers in the panel were a fire hazard and entire panel needed to be replaced. Rob said some were an old style breaker was all it was, panel did not need to be replaced. He replaced mismatched breakers. When we started remodeling my house I wanted all new wiring which it needed. Including new 200 amp panel. Rob and Garret have been rewiring my house as the remodeling continues over several years. They also have installed conduit for a future phase, thinking ahead, when the second floor rehab starts. Rob and Garret recently rewired my basement adding a new door bell that did not exist. I wanted to be able to turn the stair case light on or off from top of stairs or bottom of stairs. Garret suggested they could do the same for each of the 3 rooms in the basement. A master switch all on or off and be able to turn each room on individually from top of stairs and have a switch in each room.
All new wireless technology. I am very happy I did.

vlad did quite alot of work at our home. was quick and took care of immediate needs allowing us to move in and had an extended team of contractors to offer for trades he isn't comfortable with like window repair. I would use vlad again and had hin come back for more projects later. vlad does have a strong personality (eastern European) at times but the work is good and he takes on most any challenge. he shows up, gives solid pricing, and works quick. have recommended to others who were happy. I always clean up after jobs when vlad comes but I am picky and prefer my way on that.

When my wife and I decided to have our kitchen renovated, we went to a home show in our town to meet a few contractors. We untimely made three appointments, two of which we met at the home show, and first impressions were good. The third wasn't at the show, however used a referral service that was at the show. I received a phone call through that service, and Scott from Rose Custom Cabinets called me. They are located in Mundelein and I'm in Crystal Lake, so I thought this might be too far, and again, I had good first impressions from the two contractors I met. Scott, took some extra time on the phone to sell himself and Rose - enough that we included him into the process. We eliminated one of the three simply because they wanted to do too much (moving walls, etc.) or not do the project at all. Now we're down to Rose and one other. We were please with both products, however my gut told me we would be better off with Rose Kitchen and Bath, even though the cost was about 20% higher than the other contractor. So we decided to go with Rose Custom Cabinets, knowing that the lowest price is not always the best price. Bottom line, we are over the top happy with our new kitchen! The quality of workmanship and materials are excellent. Thanks to Scott and Ray for all the great advice and talent in making our kitchen the best it can be!

We are so impressed with Mark's business. Mark checked in on the work daily. Rogelio and his crew built us a beautiful blue stone patio and added a new drainage system, all in less than a week! They carefully removed mature plants and then replanted them after the project was done. Never really went to AM Woodland Facility, due to meeting them on site at our house. We trusted Christine to make the best possible choices for plants and trees for our yard given our inexperience of knowing plants and the environment they thrive in . Only thing I can complain about is they're, AM Woodland, policy of backup plans needs to be revised. I was charged for a drain they placed and failed for them to redo their mistake on their first plan. Without any discussion on how this was my fault and my responsibility on their failed first plan. Other than that , Christine was a pleasure to work with.

We are new to the area and had to choose a new vet for our 13 year old kitty, Fonzie, who hadn't been feeling well. Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

Sadie loved her first full day of day care..the staff is very mindful of her small size and that she was recently fixed and had surgery. It's not overcrowded and overwhelming for her. Definitely my go to place for doggy day care. I love the cameras!
I have a nearly 12 year old Australian Cattle dog who is very stubborn about doing things she doesn't want to do, including having her nails trimmed. She had a bad case of overgrown nails. The groomers at the Pet Parlor handled her with great care and stayed committed to getting the job done even when it required putting a cone on her when she turned into an aggressive werewolf. They have open hours for nail trims between 2 and 4, Tuesday through Thursday. I really appreciated their professionalism and outstanding work. I will absolutely be back.
