Our puggle, Coco, has been a patient at VHAH for over 18.5 years... the staff at this facility are honest, caring, and objective. They have always been extremely helpful and are worth every penny - I find them to be quite reasonably priced.
Dr. Sneed, in particular, has been a beacon of hope and is someone we can trust completely. I truly can’t imagine taking my pet(s) anywhere else.
The staff were very attentive and helpful from the first call! I have a reactive dog and I was extremely greatful for the pre-surveys and carefulness put into making sure my Mimzy felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Makofski was very kind and open to my questions and concerns. I really felt welcomed and my Mimzy behaved so well; and while I would love to give her all the credit, the staff had a huge part to play by taking the time to get to know her! Would 100% recommend this animal hospital!!! A very satisfied furever customer!!!
