It was nice to see a team not afraid of my XL breeds and interacting with them although they are both reserved when meeting new faces. I'll be brining in my bullymix at the end of the month. Looking forward to it!”
“Dr. Butler and the whole team at Barrington make me feel like my cat’s health and well being are their number one priority. Whether it’s an emergency visit, or a well check, the staff are responsive to my questions and doing what is best for my cat. The staff excels at putting cats at ease. Mr. Buxco loves Dr. Butler so much he’s actually head butted her! Before finding Barrington, I had tried a number of vets in the Chicago area and felt that they did not treat Mr. Buxco with the care he deserves. At Barrington, from the waiting room to the patient room and all the way to the follow up emails and calls, Dr. Butler and the rest of the team at Barrington listen to my concerns, pay attention to my cats symptoms, and work to keep Mr. Buxco feeling his best!!! “I have been bringing my dogs to the Animal Doctor since 2014 and have always been provided compassionate care from the entire staff. I have taken 3 dogs to the animal doctor, all of which have had severe complications from tick diseases and Dr Daus has provided the best care for their needs to get them healthy again. One of my dogs does not enjoy the vet after having an ACL surgery and is quite a handful but Dr Daus has worked with us to find a way in which we can take him in and is comfortable for him and the staff to provide the care he needs. Can’t recommend the Animal Doctor enough!!”

“We are new to the area and had to choose a new vet for our 13 year old kitty, Fonzie, who hadn't been feeling well. Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!”
“My 4 month old Labrador Retriever, Hooper, absolutely loves Dr. Marx. She is AMAZING with him, and of course he LOVES when she wears her sparkly shoes! The entire practice has been outstanding since I got him. I know my puppy is in great hands under their outstanding care. Our dog, Bruda, had UTIs repeatedly & Dr. Sweeney & Dr. Marrinan were the only vets to actually investigate further and take our concerns seriously (& we saw at least 5 vets prior)! Our dog is now healthy & happy thanks to Companion. We are so thankful for all the guidance & support they have provided the past few years!”

The staff was great getting me in asap to get a diagnosis. After a few tests we were told our dog had Bladder Stones and needed surgery.<br>Dr. Flahaven did an emergency surgery that same afternoon to remove many large bladder stones. The surgery went well and he covered everything from diet to meds and recovery. Thank you for saving our little Bella life. “Dr. Gill and his wife are absolutely wonderful! I’m a preschool teacher in Lake Zurich, and they generously took time to visit our classroom during our “Community Helpers” theme. Dr. Gill talked with the children about his profession, brought in different doctor tools for them to explore, and even surprised us with three adorable kittens. The kids were so engaged and absolutely loved petting the kittens. It was such a special, memorable experience for everyone—thank you again!”
“Our Bernese Finn wasn’t baring any weight on his rear right leg. It was also very swollen. Dr. Carlson and his staff did amazing diagnosing him at minimal cost! His swelling went down overnight and he was finally able to walk on it the next day. We would have been easily diagnosed wrong but thanks to Dr. Carlsons expertise we were diagnosed correctly and the issue resolved fast. Thank you!”

“My wife and I have been taking our Cavalier to Dr. Jay Nordstrom and team from the time she was 8 weeks old. As true with a lot of Cavaliers, ours has a heart murmur from birth due to mitral valve disease, and usually dogs with her condition are not expected to get older than 10.<br>So we did not expect our baby to last longer than that. There have been numerous situations where we thought we are loosing her but Jay and his team refused to give up on her. Today, we are happy to report that 4 months ago we celebrated her 13th birthday. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nordstrom and this place. They are God-sent! Very grateful! Jake and Lena”
