“One of the easiest 5-star reviews I've written. We have an 19 year old calico cat and wanted a 2nd opinion on her final years of wellness. Even though the entire process was contactless, we felt welcomed and included. I sat in my car and the doctor called me for entire exam. At our old place they also did contactless but we only got a summary when done. The doctor was warm, caring, and never made me feel rushed. After 19 years elsewhere, we're switching to Good Life.

Update: After a long and very loved life, it was time to say goodbye to our kitty. Good Life made the process as easy as possible. 4 years later, we miss her. Our only regret is that we did not meet Dr. Estrick sooner.

Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. We are so grateful to have our cat, Theo, alive and on the mend!“

Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!“

“We were seen the same day on a Sunday for an emergency exam and were helped immediately. The doctor and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dog received the medication he needed, and we weren’t charged anything extra. We also didn’t have to wait at all — we literally walked in, got helped, and walked out. That kind of service is amazing these days. Highly recommend!“
