“We were seen the same day on a Sunday for an emergency exam and were helped immediately. The doctor and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our dog received the medication he needed, and we weren’t charged anything extra. We also didn’t have to wait at all — we literally walked in, got helped, and walked out. “USE CAUTION
We almost spent thousands of dollars. Dr. Lim thought our pet had broken their CCL. At first we were okay with it until the day of the surgery he realize he was doing a lot better and actually took x ray. He realize it wasn’t torn instead it was swollen.
I’ve been at river trails for the longest and i haven’t had that accident with them but they’re pretty amazing team“

“Dr. Vogel seems pretty thorough, trustworthy & caring! Love being able to check out in room vs. having to do at the desk while trying to wrangle your dog. Very clean! Not giving 5 stars, because it is very expensive, especially the medications, but find me a reasonable veterinarian anywhere!“

“First time with my newly adopted kitten from Orphans of the Storm. The vet completed a health check, complete with nail trim, a few shots that were due and had time to neuter at the same visit. Friendly, easy, clean. The facility is nice with spacious consultation rooms that would fit a family.“

“My kitten needed emergency surgery after an xray at her vet showed she swallowed something metal like a battery. Staff was thorough and clear in communication on next steps, costs, potential complications, permission before handing her to a very skilled surgeon and team. They also were very tuned into her emotional needs as a tiny kitten in the ICU and kept her in a quiet area and well attended. The surgeon Dr. Kienitz and the surgical intern Dr. Sirr were excellent. Her waiting for surgery, just home and one week out.“

Doc always takes good care of my kitty and I trust his opinion. Some places go so overboard with their advice or don't seem to care at all. I like this guy. He's caring and a straight shooter.
