Countryside Animal Clinic PC, established in 1974, is known for its personalized and high-quality service to dog and cat owners. The clinic maintains a high level of contact between clients, patients, staff, and doctors through their scheduling. They act as veterinary "family practitioners," coordinating and overseeing pets' overall care within the entire veterinary community. The clinic is part of a large network of veterinarians that includes specialists in various fields, allowing for frequent consultation and referral to meet the goal of providing the highest level of personalized care.
Robin provides excellent customer service, and the veterinarians, including Dr. Hannah and Dr. Malitz, are praised for their friendliness, care, and thoroughness during examinations. The clinic's fees are considered reasonable. Many clients have been going to this clinic for over a decade, citing the staff and doctors' genuine care for animals, and their commitment to doing what is best for them. Overall, Countryside Animal Clinic PC is highly recommended for its top-notch service and care.
Dr. Malitz has been caring for our animals for years, dogs and cats. He is thoughtful, extensive, and provides outstanding treatment. He and the office always answer our questions promptly and with care. Our cat has ongoing health issues and she has been doing so much better with his care. The office is equally as great and I would recommend Countryside to anyone.
We have been going to Countryside since the early 2000's. The care the staff exhibited for our past dog Peter and our dog now, Pauly, has been exceptional.
Dr. Hannah spends a great deal of time at each appointment making sure that we have any concerns addressed. All of the staff has been very kind.
I have been with this clinic for 15 years now. Very friendly and understanding. Dr. Malitz is a great listener during exams and very empathetic when the difficult decision had to be made. Thank you for all that you do for my pets and us!
