“The Exercise Coach in Libertyville was a terrific experience. My wife and I started in November 2022 to prepare ourselves for our relocation to our retirement home in Tennessee. “Great class with Kris! Such a good mix of strength, flexibility and stabilization with just enough pace to really get your heart up and your sweat going. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite class but luckily because of the great schedule and availability I don’t have to. HIIT, Strongbox and FIT360 all at great times with great instructors. WIN is everything I could have asked for and the owners Kris and Erika are fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you all for years to come!“

“JP Wood Martial Arts is a fantastic place for both kids and adults who want to learn Teakwondo. Both Mr and Mrs Wood are great with the kids and love to joke around, but keep professional. They also teach discipline, integrity and focus. No one wants anyone to fail and the other students jump in the help when needed. We have told many friends/people about them and have made new friends as well. My boys have been here for over a year now and love coming. Higher belts/older age get to use sparring equipment which is a great time to watch. I highly recommend this place for anyone.“

“Activation Fitness has been life changing for me! I have been dealing with headaches for years that would drag on for days. I would use heat, ice, massage, stretch, you name it and relief was only temporary. I just accepted that every month, I would just deal with 3 day headache, not fun. Then, I happened to be talking to a client at work one day and they spoke so highly of how muscle activation helped them with their hip issue when all else had failed them. I was intrigued because it sounded so different from everything I've tried in the past, so I gave it a try. I consulted with Steve over the phone and based on my history he thought muscle activation could work. We started weekly sessions for 6 weeks, but already half way through, I noticed I didn't have the neck and shoulder aches and pains I typically had that would turn into an awful headache for days. Here I am 7 months later and no relentless headaches! It's been a game changer for me. I am continuing my sessions every other week now with success and thrilled how I feel. Everyone needs MAT in their life!“

“I’ve been a regular to Spear for nearly 3 years and it has been one of the healthiest decisions I’ve personally ever made. My body feels (mostly) terrific, but I’ve also learned a plethora of additional physical, dietary, and lifestyle changes which have been extremely beneficial. The trainers are highly educated and capable of exceeding the personal goals of a younger athlete, working adult, or even more “veteran” clientele. I highly recommend Spear.“

“It was a way differnt experience here than when I went to other places. I went for a consultation about my sprained wrist and I really got peeps all attention. They had a big facility with tons of equipment when I took a look around. The big difference is that if I have to do any rehab, it's one on one not like other rehab clinics or physical therapy clinics that you have to wait and they are doing multiple appointments at once. One of the top on the north shore that I've seen for sure.“
