Activation Fitness has been life changing for me! I have been dealing with headaches for years that would drag on for days. I would use heat, ice, massage, stretch, you name it and relief was only temporary. I just accepted that every month, I would just deal with 3 day headache, not fun. While training for a marathon I developed IT band issues that brought my running and training to a halt. Enter Steve who provided top-notch treatment and exercises that got me back to running in no time! After only a few visits I was feeling much better and at this point my legs feel stronger and better than they did prior to the injury!
