Great class with Kris! Such a good mix of strength, flexibility and stabilization with just enough pace to really get your heart up and your sweat going. It’s hard for me to choose a favorite class but luckily because of the great schedule and availability I don’t have to. HIIT, Strongbox and FIT360 all at great times with great instructors. WIN is everything I could have asked for and the owners Kris and Erika are fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you all for years to come!

WIN is awesome for many reasons:- I always leave feeling like I got a great workout- never bored by the high intensity workouts- my kids LOVE the kids club- lots of friendly facesI’m so grateful for WIN!

I highly recommend WIN Athletic Club. I am a local orthopedic physical therapist in sports medicine and I cannot say enough about Kris and Erika Gruner! The classes are always well planned and thought out in advance, Kris is always working to keep classes interesting/different while maintaining a comprehensive approach. I would highly recommend his classes for injury prevention and building strength/power. Most classes/gyms/personal trainers will work mirror muscles and completely miss the boat on the muscle strengthening and control required to prevent injury.
