“Great all around service. My furnace stopped working after an electrical outage/power surge in the middle of winter! I called Legacy and they were able to send someone out the same day and I needed after 4:30pm and I wasn’t charged extra for the evening time. The tech Dan was so helpful. He talked with me before and after servicing the furnace so I understood well what was going on, took time to answer my questions (and I had a lot!), etc. Dan and the Legacy manager also worked so well with me to find the best affordable solution. Service calls and installations have always been affordable and they can't be beat with how they back up what they do. Same for the plumbing side of the business which I also call them for (wish plumbing had weekend hours but you can't have everything).“

“We have been using Jett’s For the past few years for our annual furnace cleaning. We had them come out end of August and this time we received a “Surprise, You need a whole new furnace!”. Scheduling was super easy, Hannah at the office was a delight to work with! The three gentleman that came out to do the work were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our furnace is in our dirt crawl, so I would imagine it wasn’t an easy job, But they did not grumble about it at all, even told me they have seen worse! Being a holiday weekend, the part could not be found until Tuesday.
