(G and R) installed an APRILAIR Wholehouse Dehumidifier in our crawl space. The service they have provided has been prompt.

They recommended this after the 2026 flood on FoxLake as a solution to removing the dampness I was feeling on my floors since we had water reach from the lake up to our crawl space.
I am waiting for an adjustment to my bill. I was told there would be only one service charge but when the install was completed I was charged an additional service charge.“

“Once again Jason knocked it outta the park for me. My heat exchanger failed on my furnace. He had me up and running in a day. He also reworked some of the PVC, gas, and sheet metal for the new furnace. It's great to know that there's still technicians that care about performing a superior installation for customers“

“I was very impressed with the service I got from Lindemann Chimney this week. I called and got an appointment the next day. Eric arrived on time and did a thorough job inspecting the flue of our masonry fireplace. Further inspection found that the chimney cap needed to be resealed and there are some areas that need tuckpointing. I want small problems fixed before they become major, EXPENSIVE problems. I have full confidence these problems will be fixed correctly. I also was grateful for the suggestions Eric provided to reduce costs. Overall, Lindemann is a great company to use for fireplace inspections and services!“

“Everything Mechanical installed my complete HVAC system about 4 years ago. I'm a retired Industrial Maintenance Superintendent and solicited quotes from many local HVAC companies. They all wanted to sell me equipment that I didn't want at ridiculous prices. Everything Mechanical got me the system that I wanted, at a fantastic price, with a 10-year warranty. Today that system had issues caused by spiders, getting into the system, and causing 2 parts to fail. Not the 1st time I've seen it happen before. I contacted Dan, at 7pm, for an emergency service call, as the temperature, in my house, when I returned home was 84 degrees. By 8:15 he had one of his service technicians, Kyle, at my house. Kyle diagnosed the problems, had the parts in his company service vehicle , and my unit was running, like a champ, by 9pm. Absolutely top notch service! I couldn't have asked for better. Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure that everything was cooling, as it should, before going to the his next service call.
