They recommended this after the 2026 flood on FoxLake as a solution to removing the dampness I was feeling on my floors since we had water reach from the lake up to our crawl space.
I am waiting for an adjustment to my bill. I was told there would be only one service charge but when the install was completed I was charged an additional service charge.”
