We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues. However, he didn’t feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. I had to call Virgil today 9- 28 we had another sewer back up from work done by Another company. Virgil came out shortly after I called him. He fixed our problem. And we're good to go. Thank you Virgil!!
