Eric was fantastic! Arrived promptly same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with our shower and had it fixed completely within minutes. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Will absolutely call Eric again with any future plumbing issues!

We called 1-Tom Plumber to replace two old gate valves with new ball valves, and Eric turned what could have been a stressful repair into one of the best service experiences we've ever had.
This was not a simple job. Before he could even begin, he discovered that the street water shutoff had been snapped off by the previous homeowners. Instead of throwing up his hands or telling us to call someone else, Eric grabbed a shovel, dug it out himself, and got the water shut off so he could complete the repair.

Justin did a very thorough evaluation of our sump pump line and did a great job replacing it. He even let me know about a couple of unrelated drainage issues so I could fix them myself another time and prevent water damage in our house.
