I had a great experience with 1-Tom-Plumber! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and respectful. Before coming inside, they put on their pink boot covers to protect my floors, which I really appreciated.
They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained how to properly maintain my water heater so I can avoid problems down the road. They even left me with a pink kitchen plunger as a little thank-you gift!

I had a great experience with 1-Tom Plumber! The entire team was nothing short of extraordinary. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a clogged drain in my basement, and from the dispatcher to the technician, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Justin was fantastic. Our big tub was something exciting to have in our new home but we had low water pressure and slow water flow. He came out, did a proper estimate and diagnosed the issue properly. He came back and made the repairs and it’s working wonderfully! Can’t wait to use the tub in our new home. Thanks Justin!
