Matt is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and explained to us what the problem was with our main sewer system. His partner Justice was also very good and and both of them are are nice and very hardworking. They worked 3 days in a row and stayed until 9pm so the job will get done, I really appreciate what they have done for us. Daniel was great too, all of them are assets to your company. I was going to ask Aqua Knight for help in fixing my driveway, if they can cover the cost for the repair. I wasn’t able to ask Matt for it because I saw how hard they were working. This is a huge unexpected expense for us seniors who only receive Social Security check.
The team at Aqua Knight had someone out asap to help me with my issue. Jessica was prompt and courteous and Lucas was knowledgeable and honest. Definitely will call them again and I signed up for their annual plan.
Amazing experience. Called in and Matt was at my home in less than 20 minutes. Super great guy, nice, and he explained everything in great detail. Fixed my sum pump that very day and all within an hour. Thanks Matt.
