Was very happy with the prompt response from Superior Chimney Service. The chimney cover was installed the same day.The installer and his partner were very informative and pleasant.It was also nice to get a senior discount.Would definitely recommend.

An exceptional service from scheduling to a great project completion!Everyone at Superior Chimney was knowledgeable, highly qualified, held full, and worked with the goal of a happy, no holds barred superior job.Brad and Angel worked skillfully through out the project. Care was given to fully explain each step during the process.The price was very fair and completely explained before I decided to go ahead.I couldn’t have asked for better service,better quality of work, and better customer service.

My thanks once again to Nick and Mark for coming out to reinforce the sturdiness of not only the chimney cap, but also the plate that covers the gas liner. The last ? storm we experienced was so severe that it removed the entire plate, creating a gaping hole which caused the chimney cap to fall off as well. I felt very guilty for having them come back out, but I was glad that it was them, no offense to the other great staff at Superior Chimney. Nick is extremely thorough in his work and when communicating, and I appreciate all that he’s done to ensure my chimney stays intact. Look forward to working with him and Mark again in the future.
