I had an issue with birds nesting in my vent, so I called Dryer Vent Wizard to help remove the birds and nesting material. I called on a Monday and John Korbar (owner) came out that Wednesday to take care of it. He warned me that the issue could happen again since I had a missing damper under the vent cover, and recommended some new vent covers Dryer Vent Wizard sells that would take care of the problem. While I agreed that I needed a new cover, I live in a community with a HOA and wanted to check with them first to see if what I wanted was approved.
